REGIONAL DANCE AMERICA AT WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY | MAY 2027

Help welcome and support the regional dance community as Regional Dance America comes to Wright State University.

This event provides an opportunity to support dance and artistic development while connecting businesses with a broader regional audience.

SNOWFLAKE SOIREE

INDIVIDUAL EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

Full-season sponsorships are the primary focus of the program. However, SDDT may offer a limited number of event-specific opportunities for businesses that prefer to support a single performance or event.

Potential opportunities may include:

• Spring Concert sponsorships.

• Regional Dance America sponsorships, subject to event arrangements.

• The Nutcracker sponsorships.

• Snowflake Soiree sponsorships.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM GUIDELINES

The following guidelines will help ensure that sponsorship commitments are clear and manageable.

• Sponsorship benefits will be confirmed in writing before commitments are finalized.

• Program advertisements are subject to deadlines, available space, and approval.

• Event signage is subject to venue requirements and event arrangements.

• Ticket allocations refer to The Nutcracker unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Regional Dance America advertising and recognition must be approved by the event organizers.

• Higher-level sponsors may be offered customized benefits based on their goals and SDDT's available opportunities.

• Sponsorship funds support SDDT's season and its dancers, subject to the organization's financial policies and any agreed-upon restrictions.
